POLICY

Items purchased at KMS Style Studio are eligible for a store credit within 14 days of purchase.  

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time, you may use your store credit to place a new order for a different size if available.  

Return Instructions

We're bummed things didn't work out for you.  However, below you will find easy instructions to follow for returning your items:  

Please follow the instructions on the return form included in your package and return your items within 14 days of receipt to the address below. Include your order # on the outside of the package.

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed merchandise with the tags attached.  Items that do not meet these criteria or are non-returnable, will be denied.

Return Processing

Once we have received your package in our warehouse, your store credit will be processed within 3-5 business days. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed.  Original shipping charges are non-refundable. 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable.  Credit will not be issued for the following:

• All items purchased on sale
• Hair accessories
• Intimates, bodysuits or swimwear
